TRX Residences is part of Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) which is Malaysia’s first international financial district and KL’s new CBD.
In order to give our foreign buyers a better understanding of TRX, we invited tax consultant YYC Advisors @yycadvisors_1974 and business consultant Incorp to co-host a session and talked about TRX marquee incentives.
TRX currently features The Exchange 106, one of Southeast Asia’s tallest buildings; the new Prudential headquarters; Menara IQ — HSBC’s new Malaysian headquarters; and Affin Bank's corporate headquarters. Upon completion, the overall development will have an on-site working population of about 45,000 , delivering attractive potential investment return for TRX Residences.
